HR Allies' clients receive a level of service and screening different from any traditional staffing and placement services on the market.  Many staffing and placement providers fill your hiring need simply from a job description and their current database of applicants.  At HR Allies, we are interested in getting to know your company and the speifics of your hiring need.  Our process of getting to know your company culture, the department and manager of where the employee will be working and the details of what attributes in the cadidate(s) background is critical in finding the best fit employee for you.

 

Going Above & Beyond


After we gain a thorough understanding of your organization and hiring need we will conduct an extensive search for the best candidate.  We utilize numerous unique recruiting resources in our search.  After locating candidate(s) we believe will fit into your organization, our tailor made screening process will begin.

 

Screening Process:


  • Phone Interviews will be conducted on all potential candidates.
  • All candidates will complete a behavioral assessment in order to see if they will fit into your organization.
  • All qualified candidates will then perform in-person interviews to obtain more detail on whether the candidate is an appropriate fit for your company, department and reporting manager.
  • All potential candidates will then be forwarded for review.  After you select those whome you would like to interview we will perform any necessary skill testing to insure candidates have the skill level needed to perform all skills needed for the position.
