Handbook and Document Development

If you choose no other services of HR Allies, it is our recommendation that your business mandate the development of an Associate Handbook.  The handbook will provide standards, associate expectations, define employer and associate rights, as well as offering a written associate acknowledgement for all standard practices relating to the associates.  Additionally, it provides legal protection by reducing risk to the employer.

 

Along with the handbook, it is important to have well established and legal company documentation.  Once we have completed developing the proper company documentation, we will develop a company specific: Standard Operations Procedure Manual (SOPM), for your company leaders and small bsiness owners.  The manual will apply to all HR policies and procedures.  The business manual is designed to provide leaders and supervisor professional guidance in all standard areas and legal compliance of human resources standards.
